Documentation and API access
The documentation describes the API and includes illustrative requests and responses. It does not itself grant access to the API, promise service availability or a particular outcome, or create a service level agreement. Contact Sirkka Health to arrange access and agree the applicable integration terms before production use.
Documentation may contain errors or omissions and may be updated as the API evolves. Check the documented version and validate your integration before relying on examples in production. Any separately agreed written terms governing your integration take precedence over this notice where they conflict.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This notice does not remove rights that applicable law protects.

You may read this documentation and adapt the request and response examples for the purpose of developing an authorised Sirkka Health integration. This limited permission does not grant API access, a right to republish the documentation as your own, or permission to use the Sirkka Health name or logo to imply endorsement. Contact us for other uses of our documentation or brand assets. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Third-party software and material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences. Our copyright notice does not override those licences. See the third-party notices.
Patient information and credentials
Examples are illustrative and must not be treated as real appointments, clinical advice, or a source of production credentials. Use synthetic data when developing and testing. Do not send patient information, access tokens, or client secrets through documentation feedback or general enquiries.
Production integrations handling personal or health data require appropriate legal grounds, security measures, and agreed data protection responsibilities. A documentation notice is not a data processing or data sharing agreement.
Privacy and device storage
Read our privacy policy for information about how Sirkka handles personal data and how to contact us about your rights.
This documentation frontend includes no analytics or advertising integrations. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP addresses. The renderer may use browser storage for interface state. These technical operations are separate from patient data processed through the API.
